ADHD Awareness Month Events

October is ADHD Awareness Month, and as I navigate a period of ill-health myself, my theme for this year is sustainable self-care. How can we gift ourselves times, space and grace even when we're at our most frazzled? You can book on the links below.

Life is harder when you have time management, overwhelm, and executive function issues. Positively ADHD means learning to embrace your ADHD strengths as well as your challenges, and re-connect to your curiosity, wonder and joy, so that you can live the extraordinary life you were born for.

Deep down you already know you deserve so much more. We can all start to thrive on the deep feelings of connection, support in a trusting space when we join a psychologically safe, neuro-affirmative community.

If you're a newsletter subscriber, you can join all of our events for free! Sign up below. Or you can join our Ask an ADHD Coach event on the 10th October for a free code.

Ask an ADHD Coach

You can ask me any questions you may have about ADHD and the benefits that specialist coaching can offer, as well as meet with shared experiences.

If you sign up, you'll also get a free ticket for any one of my other ADHD Awareness Month events!

ADHD and Self-Care Workshop

Self-care is not about spas & baths when you have ADHD. It's remembering to pause, making requests and making time & space for yourself. We'll explore some practices where we can show up for ourselves more fully in our daily life to support us in our boundaries, and asking for our needs to be met.

ADHD and Self-Care (ADHD UK)

Kaye facilitates this monthly 90-minute support group where regulars and new folks honestly explore the challenges and principles of sustainable self-care when you have ADHD. This link will take you to the ADHD UK website: please donate if you can, so that they can continue to offer support.

Positively ADHD Online Meet-up

Our theme for our monthly meet-up in October is "Gifting Yourself Time, Space and Grace." Join us for this heartfelt and welcoming online session, where we will support each other to explore how you can gift yourself grace in your daily life even when you are at your most frazzled.
